Models for therapies for genetic diseases and regenerative medicine

Cellular and animal models have been used in pre-clinical studies to develop new therapies for genetic diseases. Examples include the development of models for tissue regeneration, as well as novel approaches for the treatment of brain tumors using the zika virus.
